Executive Recruitment

• Exclusive Onboarding
  We will put assign a dedicated team to find you the perfect person for your position. When they start we will implement a full 90-day onboarding process with bi weekly face to face coaching sessions and tailored plans to integrate your new executive seamlessly into your organisation. Accelerating their performance to optimum level in the shortest possible time frame.

             Pricing: 30% of the starting salary.

• Exclusive Recruitment with Coaching
  A comprehensive service that includes candidate sourcing, 3 x online monthly coaching sessions, and dedicated support to ensure your new Executives success.
  Pricing: 20% of the starting salary.
• Recruitment Only
  For businesses that do not require coaching, this service provides recruitment support to fill senior management or director positions.
  Pricing: 17.5% of the starting salary.

Note: we raise our invoice on the day that your new executive starts, and payment is due within 14 days of this invoice.

Tailored services to help your business thrive by enhancing leadership, developing sales strategies, setting KPIs, and driving change.
Pricing: Bespoke pricing based on the needs of the business.

Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our placements and our process. If a new hire leaves within the first 3 months, we will Provide a free replacement and if we have onboarded you Executive will repeat this process, or if we can't do this within 90 days we will Refund your fee on a sliding scale:

• 1–30 days: 100% refund
• 31–59 days: 75% refund
• 60–90 days: 25% refund

Note: all rebates and guarantees are subject to payment being made on time for our services.

This guarantee provides you with peace of mind, knowing that if the leadership hire does not work out within the crucial first three months, we will take responsibility and ensure that you’re not left without the support you need. Our goal is to ensure that the leadership talent you invest in has the right fit for your business, and we remain committed to your success. And don't forget if we don't find the right person for you then you don't pay a penny!
